What are your fees?
Our Fees vary for the services offered. Click on services to see the variety of services we offer and the relevant cost.
How Do I Start?
Just Click the services tab on the left of the page and select the service you need. Once payment has been made through our secure on line payment window just click the submit button and it will be allocated to one of our consultants.
What happens after I place my order?
Once you have clicked the submit button it will be allocated to one of our qualified consultants. They will then review the details you have submitted and will arrange a convenient time to contact you in order to establish what exactly is required. It is likely your consultant will have questions for you at this stage. If you have purchased a CV, cover letter or resignation letter from us then they will be sent back to you within 48 hours. Typically this is possible within 24 hours. If you have selected interview coaching then a time will be arranged to go through this process. If you have selected a CV translation then the length of service will be determined by the work required.
How do you keep your prices lower than your competition?
We keep our prices low because we believe our competitors are over priced for what they offer. We believe our price is the true cost of what a quality consultation is. Quality is not compromised with our service.
What if I'm not happy?
We offer a 100% guarantee for your piece of mind. When you have committed to buy from us, we are committed to you and the service we offer meaning you will walk away from us 100% happy.
Do you keep my Curriculum Vitae on file in case I want to make changes later?
Yes. When you progress in your career and you need updating, you can get back in contact at any time and we will update your CV for half price. At your request we can securely remove your details but you will be treated as a new client should you require any of our services in the future.
What methods can I use for payment?
You can pay by credit or debit card over our secure network powered by paypal. If you would prefer to send us a cheque or use any other method of payment then please do so but contact us before hand.
How will I receive my CV or letter?
We will return an electronic first draft to you in PDF format. Should you require a PDF reader you can download Adobe PDF reader by clicking here.
I have friends and colleagues who could benefit from your services, do you offer a referral system?
Yes. You can find more in the referrals pages within services.
Why do you take payment in advance?
Principally, once we get a client on board, they tend to become a client for life, coming back to us regularly for updates, further help, etc. And we feel that having to chase clients for payment jeopardises that relationship. Also, this policy eliminates bad debts and keeps our costs and hence our fees at a minimum. We believe this to be for the overall benefit of our clients.
Do you offer discounts for the unemployed?
No. Our fees are low for a reason, so we can make them available to everyone.
Can you prepare a Curriculum Vitae for emigration purposes?
We can prepare a CV for any situation or individual circumstance. You can also take advantage of our translation services if you are moving to another country or if this is your first time in the UK.
Why do I need a Curriculum Vitae?
Your Curriculum Vitae is the advert for your career so far, your selling tool. Without a professional looking CV you will struggle to get the job you really want or indeed deserve.
